Is there a difference?

After yesterday's wibble I thought it would be a good idea to check progress with these two pics. I deliberately say wibble as a wobble classes as a wavering in motivation which isn't happening, a wibble is a slight head malfunction. The thing that stands out to me is the fact I'm in jeans in  the most recent picture (taken yesterday) which I haven't worn in years.

  1. Hey glad your head is better, I didn't think you were about to give up yesterday but stuff like that does get to you.

    Just keep the photos in your head, the transfromation is outstanding and you have to be very happy.

  2. I've got it! I've got it! The difference is that in one picture you're outside, the other you're inside? Is that it?

    Or do you mean the sunglasses/no sunglasses, shorts/trousers, no beard/beard thing?

    Perhaps it's one of those spot the difference things you give kids?

    Obviously it's not the fact you're noteably thinner in the later picture. Surely that's too vain for an ex-squaddie?

  3. Looking great Clive, the difference in those pictures should really spur you on and are testiment to what you have achieved.

    Keep at it, I think the "dark" days catch us all at times, I know they get me, but we all support each other and we all get through them, so keep the pedals turning!

  6. Huge difference Clive keep up the good work. Did 41 miles today my weigh ins tomorrow fingers crossed.

    Someone recommended British Military Fitness classes you guys on thoughts looks good helped a bloke at work loose 5 stone
