I decided to come in via the towpath today, which is slightly at odds with the Phase 2 plan, but I'll be doing my East Side Commute tomorrow. I'm just trying to mix it up a bit to keep it feeling fresh and not a chore. It remains to be seen if I'm successful at this!
The pedal itself was remarkable if only for the lack of things happening, no incidents whatsoever and the only cyclist I saw was coincidentally in exactly the same place as the guy from 2 weeks ago who refused to give me any room. This bloke slowed right down (like me) and gave me a cheery good morning! Just how it should be. I did have my Muvi set up, but the lack of incident has me deleting the footage off it as I type.
I'll do the cut, NCR5 and Lickey Loop on the way home this afternoon.
