As for glove...One of my colleagues uses Sportypal.<br /><br />As for gloves, I have fingerless mitts but even in the cold (5 Celsius) it doesn't take long for them to warm up. On Monday I rode in with shorts and t-shirt and my arms were absolutely freezing. When I got in the office my arms started burning up. This week I've worn a fleecy jacket and it's not been too bad.
