Before I got into cycling I used to set the alarm for 7am. Now I set it for 6.20 and get up no later than 6.30. I get my stuff ready the night before but pack my shirt in the morning so it's not too creased. I try to go to bed no later than 10.30 and struggle to keep my eyes open longer than that.Toby Fieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03680271828637653290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-63647772262858042.post-15997187115233532472010-06-04T16:39:17.487+01:002010-06-04T16:39:17.487+01:00Yeap, I hear ya Clive, I can't sleep in on my ...Yeap, I hear ya Clive, I can't sleep in on my days off either. Lately I'm finding I tolerate the quick jump on the bike much better than I could even a few months ago. I think it's a bonus of the improved fitness? I'm going with that to boost my own morale anyway.

But your point about a place for everything and everything in it's place is spot on. No other way to roll out quickly.ChesapeakeSailorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13394518217120645819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-63647772262858042.post-41713094279314260832010-06-04T14:45:05.380+01:002010-06-04T14:45:05.380+01:00Haha, cheers Peter... :-)Haha, cheers Peter... :-)Clive Chapmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11085791760784493200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-63647772262858042.post-18543436044875317602010-06-04T12:12:39.648+01:002010-06-04T12:12:39.648+01:00fair play to ya for finding that glass - I suspect...fair play to ya for finding that glass - I suspect I would still have been looking for it!! For the past 2/3 weeks every morning i've been going out for a run (~30mins), shower, then lesuirely ride (~1.5hrs) into work.

I'm missing my run/ride. I feel really stressed out today!Red Bikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10286933264663629749noreply@blogger.com
